Basic Services
All residents at Regency Park Oak Knoll receive the following Basic Services, included in the regular monthly rate:

• Three nutritious daily meals plus snacks
• All utilities (excluding telephone, cable, and Internet)
• Emergency call system
• Wellness assessments
• Daily housekeeping and linen service (towels and sheets)
• Local transportation to medical appointments
• Personal laundry service
• Planned activities and outings

Assisted Living Services
We also provide the following Assisted Living Services, based on each individual’s needs, including:

• Medication management
• Bathing
• Dressing and grooming
• Personal escort to meals and activities
• Continence care
• Special services, such as feeding assistance, two-person transfers, special medication handling

The Basic and Assisted Living Services described above are also available to a resident’s spouse or partner.
