My beautiful mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s about ten years ago. When I started to see a decline and a slow progression of the disease, I went in search of a memory care facility. After driving by all the facilities on my list, the last one – Regency Park Oak Knoll – caught my attention. It had beautifully manicured grounds, it was a great location (only three blocks from our place), it sat on the beautifully tree-lined street Oak Knoll, and it had an attractive exterior. I had a great sense of peace and calm after viewing the outside. After viewing the inside of the facility and quite a few rooms, I found the perfect room for my mom. It felt like home and I knew my mom would feel the same way, too. She immediately took to her new living space as if she had lived there forever. What a huge relief. Then the staff whisked her away to start her day at the facility.

From that day forward, my mom has never once asked to leave or go home – a true testament of how amazing this place is. Regency Park Oak Knoll has provided a wonderful environment for my mom to have a full and enriched life. I have witnessed firsthand the care and love the staff provide to the residents, in particular, my mom. Moving my mom to Regency Park Oak Knoll was the best decision I could have ever made. I have immense peace of mind knowing my mom is in a safe place and being well cared for. An enormous thank you to the entire staff at Regency Park Oak Knoll. You are the true heroes. Thank you for taking such great care of my mom – for all your love, kindness, patience and support. I will forever be grateful to all of you.
